Turn around Time (TaT)

TaT will always be listed on the website banner and in the Facebook group. Tat is based off business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Tat is the time it takes for items to ship out not to be delivered to you. 

Fabric:

All fabric used is up to CPSC standards or is considered exempt from testing.

Cotton spandex and bamboo fabric is available for an additional upgrade. Chosing this upgrade will up your tat as well.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

No refunds, returns or cancellations will be accepted. 

Due to the nature of custom handmade items refunds or exchanges are not given. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to wrong style or size being ordered. If you are unsure about sizing please reach out before you place your order. 

FLAWS:

Every item comes with a 30 day seam guarantee. If for some reason a seam starts to separate within the first 30 days please reach out to me. Item will be remade in the same size and style or shop credit will be issued.

RETAIL:

Is available and ready to ship within 3-5 business days, most cases sooner than that.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE:

Domestic:

Up to 16 oz- First Class

1 pound and up- Insured

Website will estimate shipping costs. Any excess in shipping amount will be refunded. If there is a shortage additional payment will be required to cover the cost. Items will not ship until shortage is paid. 

All packages/purchases over 1lb come with $50 insurance. First class packages do not come with insurance. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
