Seamless files and PNG's are meant for small handmade shop or personal use only UNLESS it specifically states that it is meant for commercial use in the title.

All designs will be limited, once they sell out they will no longer be available.

I do not use AI in my art. All art is created with either clip art, commercially available Procreate stamps or are hand drawn by either myself or my son. 

Commercial use files come with the licensing built in and no other license is needed to use the design. Commercial designs are limited and will not restock once they run out. 

Wholesale/Bamboo shops may not purchase without an NDA from their supplier. This is to keep the designs from being mass produced by overseas suppliers. Wholesale/Bamboo shops are not considered small handmade shops and must purchase commercial files only. 

Under no circumstances is it ok to alter or change my work and claim it as your own. You may not share the designs with anyone or send to any fabric shops known for keeping and using designs as their own or selling fabric that is "flawed". Designs are not to be uploaded to any POD website at all. 

Due to the digital nature of the product refunds will not be given.
